Change Communication

Change is often perceived as difficult and complicated. But with the right mindset, it’s the opposite. That insight led to our creative umbrella: ‘Maak het Makkelijk’.

‘Intrapreneurship.’ Nice word. But what does it mean on Monday morning? Xerius wants employees to think and act like entrepreneurs. Closer to clients. Faster in decisions. More ownership. Five concrete goals support that ambition. The real question: how do you move from PowerPoint to behaviour? Our change communication for Xerius proves that getting 250 people on the same page does not have to be difficult.

Kick-off

Together with meetmarcel, we organized two internal kick-off events: one for leadership, one for all employees. Everyone discovered the new vision live, followed by workshops to define what they could personally make easier. From processes, tools to ...

Internal campaign

Strategy only sticks when it shows up everywhere. Alongside a leadership track equipping managers to drive change, we built a system that kept nudging behaviour: posters, screens, intranet content. There’s even a dedicated chair in every meeting room. One person sits there and speaks from the customer’s perspective. Every time.

In the next phases, we deepen the strategy to embed the vision sustainably. We prove progress by communicating milestones and celebrating successes.

"Change communication only works when it goes beyond posters. It takes embedded processes, strong leadership, and above all a clear story that sets expectations and shapes everyday behaviour. For Xerius, that story became 'Make it easy': a simple reflex to apply in everything from new tools to day-to-day work."
