Challenge

To fill their own open vacancies, VDAB brought us in. After mortierbrigade shaped the corporate brand, Fantastic stepped in for employer branding. A new collaboration within the 62MILES family.

You can work there? Seriously?

Everyone knows VDAB as the specialist in work. Career guidance. Training. Matching jobseekers with the right jobs. What most people don’t know? You can build your own career there. Maybe even find the job of your life.

But what do you actually do there?

When people think of jobs at VDAB, they think HR. Recruitment. But VDAB is packed with specialists. Career advisors. Instructors. Business controllers. ICT experts. Whatever your expertise, there’s a place for it. Phase one made that clear: Work for the Specialist in Work. Awareness rolled out online and offline, and gained strong internal backing.

You can’t be a specialist at everything

In phase two, we put the specialists in front of the camera. Not in a standard testimonial. Instead, we filmed them doing something they are definitely not specialists in.
