Challenge
Describing what it’s like to work at potato specialist Agristo in one word? Impossible. It’s a family business that scaled fast, without losing its atmosphere. A unique creature. Endless opportunities. Driven people. And yes, a lot of potatoes. All of it comes together in the Potatoverse: a world where everyone finds their place and anything feels possible.
The Potatoverse isn’t a physical place. It’s a world shaped every day by its people: the Potatoholics. So they became the face of the campaign. More than 30 colleagues across different roles brought Agristo to life.
In short social videos, employees share their mission in the Potatoverse, and show how they make it happen at Agristo. Different drivers for different audiences: growth opportunities, strong team spirit, attractive benefits. All grounded in real stories.
Beyond the external campaign, we built a strong internal layer. We created an accessible way to make Agristo’s four values tangible.
Meet Open-minded Olivia, Caring Christophe, Futuristic Fadil and Driven Donna. Bold 3D characters, each inspired by a potato product. Through an online quiz, employees discovered the four personalities, and how closely their own character matches. The characters now live on as recurring figures in internal communication.
The humorous tone, with a touch of absurdity, runs through every phase of the campaign. And the Potatoverse is far from finished. It’s a flexible platform Agristo can expand in any direction, from job days to the job website and beyond.
