Who says employer branding has to play it safe? We put bold statements about work front and center, backed up by the people who live them every day. Because Toyota doesn’t follow the crowd. And neither do its employees.
The campaign takes a clear stance across multiple themes. Clichés about different generations? Out the door. Never for stopping power alone, always grounded in real employee interviews.
Nothing fake
Together with our in-house production team RAKET, we shot all campaign visuals and videos. No actors. Just real employees telling their own stories.
In three days, across multiple locations, we captured enough material for dozens of assets, from motion video to display banners and campus posters.
