Employer Branding

Not everyone is cut out for the Federal Police. To make that crystal clear, we created a new brand umbrella: Unusual Work.

Challenge

For people who hate routine

Unusual Work highlights what makes the inspector role different and builds pride and engagement among those already doing it. A police job isn’t for everyone. So we say who it is for: people who look challenges in the eye. People who don’t do boring. People for whom routine is hell.

Concept

Attracting the right talent

The goal is simple: bring in the right people (read: the right mindset). At the same time, the campaign shows the range of work within the Federal Police, including Railway, Aviation and Maritime Police. With a distinctive cinematic style, we capture the human side, the emotion, and the unusual nature of the job.

The campaign ran on social, airport out-of-home, and ads in Basic-Fit. We added a conversion layer with Google Search ads to guide potential candidates straight to the right info.
