Based on interviews, we created personalized dashboards for five employees. From delivered projects to aha-moments and empty coffee cups: Numbers and graphs that map their job exactly as it is.

The whole team joins

We didn’t stop at five profiles. We surveyed the entire data tribe to benchmark everyone’s data. This sharpened the story and created internal engagement.

Storytelling

Dashboards aren’t just proof. They’re content. They speak the audience’s language and fuel storytelling. In social videos, employees walk us through their own numbers. On the job page, candidates dive deeper.
