Everyone in Flanders knows them: the Wit-Gele Kruis cars. The symbol of home nursing. Driving from patient to patient, delivering care at home. We turned that symbol into a statement. A moving tribute to the people behind the wheel.

By colleagues, for colleagues

In every province, employees nominated one colleague who deserved the spotlight. Inge, Katrien, Chinyere, Chomi and Elke received the most votes. Five home nurses, five distinct personalities, each leaving their mark on patients and teammates alike.

Designed to fit

Based on stories from their closest colleagues, we created a unique car wrap for each of them. Chinyere was described as pure sunshine, always walking in with the biggest smile. Now that smile shines from her hood. Elke? A true team player, at work and on the football field. So her car couldn’t do without bouncing footballs and bold smileys. Personal. Visible. Impossible to miss.

The surprise of their career

Each nurse was surprised with their custom-designed car. An unforgettable moment, and five authentic videos full of pride and joy.

Standing out? Absolutely.

The cars turned heads on the street. And in the press. Het Nieuwsblad, VRT NWS, HLN and many other media outlets picked up the story.

After the reveal videos, the social campaign dove deeper into the personal stories behind the designs. Creative visibility, backed by substance. That’s how we do it.
