For MIVB/STIB, we launched Move Together, our new employer branding umbrella, with a large awareness campaign. Next step: Inside Views. A recruitment campaign where we literally move along with employees, showing the reality of their jobs from the inside out.

Move with Ricky and his colleagues

Through point-of-view videos, we experience a working day at MIVB/STIB through the eyes of Ricky, Hind, Antoine and Vicky. The most direct way to understand what life at MIVB/STIB really looks like for a technical manager, IT manager, project manager and bus driver.

Fast & scalable

With our in-house production team RAKET and a small crew, we shot all videos and photography in just two days. Inside Views is built for this: social content that doesn’t need to look polished. The rougher edge makes it more real. And it scales. With over 300 different jobs, MIVB/STIB has plenty more stories to tell.
