We took to the streets to ask people what they thought Lidl employees earn. The verdict was clear: Lidl doesn't pay well. But is that actually true? We confronted Lidl’s store staff with outsiders' opinions — and their jaws dropped. Because the reality is the exact opposite: they’re more than happy with their pay.
