As one of Belgium’s largest insurers, AG Insurance was looking for a new brand story. A full rebranding. Corporate and employer branding combined. Exactly the kind of challenge made for 62MILES. Today, mortierbrigade and Fantastic each brought their expertise to the table.
Concept
After in-depth desk research, an on-site consultancy track and multiple workshops, we defined the overarching Employer Value Proposition. Our employer branding platform, 'Adventure Guaranteed', builds on the existing brand foundation. Because AG Insurance doesn’t just insure everyday adventures. Those everyday adventures exist inside the company too. A message that goes directly against the perception of working in insurance.
An adventure is never just one thing. It’s a series of moments. We translated that into five word adventures: five words that tell a complete story. More meaning. Fewer words. A flexible copy system that works across contexts, without the need to reshoot visuals every time.
The campaign line spans a broad spectrum, from adventure to security. Depending on the phase and the audience, we lean into one or the other. For specific profiles, we integrate relevant jargon where needed.
The five word adventures evolved into a simple yet rich system, deployed across multiple touchpoints, internal and external, from job ads to activations.
