Fantastic delivers keynote at World Employer Branding Day 2025

World Employer Branding Day, the largest employer branding event in the world, returned to Amsterdam in October 2025. Our Creative Director, Ken Callebaut, took the stage with a keynote on our work for the Federal Police, and how we broke the rules of employer branding to make it work.

The global stage of employer branding

On October 8 and 9, 2025, leading global brands, agencies and employer branding experts gathered in Amsterdam. Ditch the default 

Ken Callebaut will take the stage alongside Nathalie Adam, Head of Recruitment & Selection at the Federal Police. Together, they’ll unpack how a bold, rebellious approach helped the Federal Police build an employer brand that actually delivers.

“The Federal Police needs 1,600 new inspectors every year,” says Ken. “But their employer branding was classic, top-down and far too safe. Our keynote shows why you need the courage to break the rules if you want to stand out, and drive results.
